Hi All!

My name is David Nordmark, and I’m a real newbie to this whole blogging world. I only set up my blog for real on April 1st, and it has certainly been a learning experience. At first, my plan was to create a make money online blog, which would document my learning experiences trying to make money on the web. However, after only a month, I realized that there are literally a ton of make money online blogs out there. Some of them, such as FullTiltBlogging, already do a fantastic job in the make money online niche. So, the question was, is this what I wanted to focus on? Is this truly where my passions lie? I decided it wasn’t, hence the recent change in direction for my blog.

What am I going to focus on then? Well, a variety of topics, I suspect. Some of my true passions are politics, economics, health and fitness, as well as personal growth and success. Perhaps this is a hodge podge of topics, but these are where my passions lie. I think I’m going to do far better focusing on them, rather than on competing directly with great make money online sites like FullTiltBlogging, don’t you think? So, having said all of that, what is going to be my first topic of focus on my blog? Well, if you guess it has something to do with “THE POWER OF CONCENTRATION“, you’re right

Looking through the web, I found what looks like a FANTASTIC long out of print book entitled “THE POWER OF CONCENTRATION“. I’ve just started reading it, but what the author proposes is that all of us have the capacity for constructive thoughts, as well as an equal capacity for destructive thoughts. However, without training, far too many of us fall back into focusing on the destructive. What this book purports to do is to help you train your brain to focus on the constructive. You cannot accomplish anything without being able to concentrate, and you can’t achieve any kind of success without being able to concentrate on the positive.
