Saturday I told you I would be prepping you for the launch of your new subscriber site this week by sketching out some easy ideas on success in every area. In this article you are going to grasp some simple tips that will bring you amazingly simple mental success.
Keep “your wits about you” and you can and will succeed. Lose you mental focus and everything in life, no matter how simple, becomes a challenge.
Peaceful refers to your emotional state: Full of peace. Free from fear or anxiety. This is the opposite of the overwhelmed feeling most people seem to have regularly.
Optimistic is our view of the future. Even when bad things happen, optimistic people believe things will work out. To be optimistic requires emotional strength and stability.
Worse yet, all of us have times of crisis in our lives where we are given emotional “boulders” beyond out personal strength. But here’s your good news…
Sometimes medication can provide additional support.
But there are things you can do to create, preserve and build mental strength…
Take a few moments each day to consider whether you are feeling a little “burned out”. If you sense that happening, consider dropping some of your responsibilities for a while and taking some time for fun. Remember: You’re no good to anyone–even yourself–if you get burned out.
Give yourself more time to complete projects than you may think it will take. Consider before saying “yes” to a new project whether you have time for it or not. Set reasonable goals–even if it means you’re just going to be “average”.
Learn to take MENTAL time off. Sometimes we physically stop working while our minds continue to race with thoughts of the stress we are supposedly leaving behind. Find tasks that are mentally and physically relaxing that take your mind off the stresses you face.
Learning new skills not only keeps our minds sharp, it allows us to succeed in new areas. Knowing how to use certain tools can mean it will take you minutes instead of hours to complete a necessary task. Learning an in-demand skill can mean you can earn far more money (which can take pressure off us as well.) Just the act of learning can distract you from stress and engage your brain muscles in a relaxing and positive way.
Good relationships make us stronger mentally. They provide us with support when crisis comes. Take time every week to do things with other human beings. Invite friends over for dinner. Make a phone call to a friend just to talk. Vent your anger or frustration to an uninvolved friend or family members.
Whenever we act inconsistently with our deeply held inner values, it places a strain on our psyche. If we see being a good parent as a key value, then we choose to act inconsistently with that value, it attacks our mental peace. As much as you are able, attempt to live consistently with your values.

1“Mental Strength” is vital for self-development and it’s control your emotional response, feelings and action.
Mental is the key factor to determine success or failure of your life.
Mental strenth also will effect our “EQ”-Emotional Intelligence. Mental with “Sharp, Peaceful and Optimistic” will help improve your “EQ” and also helping improve your social life, relationship, decision making, productivity..etc.
To your success

6Well, seeing as how I very rarely carry cash….the $5 is in binary at the moment, on my virtual fridge. You can believe I’ll be there, no worries about that!
I thought you were getting super intellectual on my or something!

7I would Like to mention besides the mental attitude, your thought are so important, what you think is usually what you get. Think negative thoughts, universe delivers negative vibes, think positive thought universe delivers positive vibes.

8Marketing Babe Suzie,
Great point.
Several years ago I read a study done of “lucky” and “unlucky” people. Groups of people were separated into those who see themselves as primarily lucky and those who see themselves primarily unlucky.
When given tasks to complete–with the exact same parameters–those who saw themselves as “lucky” were much more likely to be successful, have more perseverance (even when the task was actually impossible) and saw more opportunities.

10I like your idea about taking a break. I know I think way too much about things online when I’m offline.

11Great post,Aaron. I think this motivational post will definitely inspire many in the days to come. Average people get succeed by using less than 10% of their potential power. And it is the mental strength that empowers ourselves towards the unstoppable success. So,we must need to motivate and inspire ourselves by self-motivation/positive thinking/meditation or inspirational speech/articles in order to achieve success.
