How true, it is so easy to get distracted by that email or a bright shiny object, and be back where you were years ago. I have been listening to a series on marketing on Facebook and realized the guy is teaching the basics of Internet marketing, build a list, get the funnel working....etc. There is nothing new. getting clarity about what you do want in your life can help you move forward quickly. It also helps to keep the eye on the game.

There are several basic things that if you do them each day will eventually pay off for you. SEO and article marketing are two you can pretty much bank on.

Aaron,
I agree, lack of focus has been a problem for me... this attitude is
somewhat encouraged by a willingness to consider what others are
writing like oh yeah I should be concentrating on building a list or
I should be commenting on blogs or whatever else seems like a good
recommendation at the moment...

Recognizing the problem is a first step in the direction of more consistency... I hope!
