Its a great idea to get more subscribers.Above all,we've to be flexible in our approach and a bit of experimental minded to see which will be best suited for our niche.

I have only once used an incentive to get visitors to subscribe. Now I will take another look at it and improve the way I'm doing this. Thanks again for a great tip.

Yes, I have considered showing something else for subscribers. I am leaning toward a box full of resource links--both things on the site and links to off site services I recommend.

Hey Aaron;

I really like these subscriber trap document that you are giving away above. I am currently working on my first subscription incentive, and plan to have it done this week. I definitely plan to implement your subscriber trap idea at the same time.

Question: have you ever considered some other thing to replace the subscription opt-in inform once the subscription is confirmed? For example, instead of making the box go away, you could replace it with a welcome message based on the subscriber information, or an ad.

Thanks again for another great post
