Nice collection of links you have here, David. I can particularly relate to the posts from income-academy.
One of the reasons mentioned is lack of planning. Isn’t that the truth? I’d also add one: failing to follow through with your plan. You can have the best plan in the world, but it won’t do anything for you if you don’t do for it.

Boy — item 4 on on The Top Five Reason you Won’t Make Money Online referenced above really hits home with me. Focus is key in this business. It is so easy to get distracted. You need a plan, and you need to execute to the plan. Simple as that — blocking and tackling.
